All requests stemming from staff members transit to different supervisors.
These requests are then qualified (definition of a request type and of its degree of criticality).
Requests are then transmitted to different speakers.
Management of requests types
You specify the types of requests that will be displayed on your site (air-conditioning, cleaning, safety, etc.).
Treatment of the request by the speakers
Each speaker receives the different requests related to his field of activity
When the request has been achieved, the speaker can write a comment for the supervision concerned by the accomplished actions.
Closing of the request
When the supervisor decides that the request has been treated, he closes the latter and writes a comment for the requester.
The staff member in the core process
For each step of the existence of a request, the staff member is informed about the evolution of his request.
