The Ciconia Egeo enables the site administrator to create, set and assign standard forms so as to automatise the management of requests subjected to validation.

Selection and filling of a request
Your staff members choose a request that you would have specified previously (request of access, request of a badge, etc.) and fill in the various fields of its form.

Display and transmission of the request
When the request has been completed, it is transmitted automatically to the department which is in charge of its treatment. The assignment of this request can be configured.

Follow-up of the request
Your staff members are informed in real-time thanks to the Ciconia Egeo and with emails for the follow-up of their requests.

Reception of requests
The supervisors, in charge of the validation, get an email for the notification of the validation of the request.

Validation of requests
Through the interface of the software Ciconia Egeo, the supervisors validate or decline the requests they receive. An email is then sent to the requester to inform him about the status of his request.

Search of requests
Supervisors can perform searches on the whole set of requests.

Creation of requests types
The site administrator creates the requests that the staff members will be able to have access to. He specifies the various fields which compose the request.

Selection of supervisors
For each request, the site administrator specifies who are the supervisors in charge of the validation.

Search of requests
The site administrator can perform searches on the whole sets of requests treated on his site.
